We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.

Yes, our products are engineered to last. Most SWISSGEAR luggage and backpacks come with a limited 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
